Who can I turn to?
- Counseling Centers
Many counseling centers offer consultation hours. They are run by qualified staff. They are free, voluntary and independent of religious beliefs.

- Health Insurance Companies
The health insurance companies provide information and support offers on their websites. Some members are entitled to a household helper who also helps with childcare. It is best to ask your health insurance company directly what kind of help you can apply for.

In mild cases or as a supplement to psychological and/or drug treatment, self-help apps (online self-help programs) can be used. They provide information about the disease and offer exercises.
